We’ve shipped a set of updates across tickets, reports, timesheets, clients, and performance reviews to improve clarity, automation, and day-to-day workflows.

Rewind

  • Rewind 2025 tab removed

Tickets

  • Auto-set assignee on type selectionWhile creating a ticket, you no longer need to manually choose an assignee. The assignee is now automatically set based on the selected ticket type.

Reports & Billables

  • Updated Billables Status-wise ReportThe billables report has been moved from the billables listing to the company listing and is now displayed in a grouped format for better visibility and faster reporting.
  • Separated Slippage and Extensions
  • Added due and delayed filter in billables global listing

Jobs & Reports

  • Add a total hours row in job > timesheet > employees list

Projects & Clients

  • CODE field added to both Project and Client modules to clearly differentiate entities.
  • Added a Type filter to distinguish between Leads and Clients from the contacts.
  • Added CODE input in the client form
  • Introduced a required field

Timesheet - Dashboard

  • Fixed Active Project count
  • Fixed Hours to be reviewed calculation for PCs

Performance Review

  • Updated layout for improved usability
  • New HR-focused features added
  • Reviewer Assignments – Add or remove reviewees
  • Reviewee Assignments – Add or remove reviewers

These updates are designed to reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and give teams better control where it matters most.
