New Feature
Announcement
We’ve made a major upgrade to the Needs Attention tab in the My Profile section of Everest. You can now view a comprehensive summary of everything that needs your attention across jobs and projects. See below what’s new in the Needs Attention Tab.
In Review Jobs
- View jobs currently marked as in review (if any)
Extended Jobs
- See all jobs extended beyond their original end date
- Includes details like:-- Days extended-- Last extended reason-- Project, coordinator, and utilisation insights
Fixed Jobs Exceeding Allocated Hours
- Spot any jobs that have gone beyond their allocated effort
- Displays consumed hours, exceeded hours, and the responsible PC/JC
Unreviewed Hours
- Split into two categories:-- As Job Coordinator-- As Project Coordinator
- Helps you review and approve timesheets that are still pending
- See job-wise logged, approved, unapproved, and unreviewed hours
- Data here is shown from 1st October 2024 onward 😅
- If your job is already closed and old hours are still showing here, please raise a ticket in the Support section to get those entries reviewed from the backend with proper details. 😜 This will help clear them from your list.
Team Allocation Summary
- Get a quick view of your team’s planned vs unavailable hours
- Shows who’s assigned to which projects, and their allocation status
In Progress Jobs Overview
- See a full list of all currently active jobs you are part of
- Includes job type, start and end dates, and coordinator information
Why This Matters
- This new view gives you a centralised dashboard of everything requiring your action, so you don’t miss pending approvals, overdue extensions, or capacity mismatches. It’s a big step toward proactive ownership of your project responsibilities.
