Tags Are Getting an Upgrade in Everest

We’re expanding tags beyond Timesheets to make it easier to classify, filter, and analyze work across Everest.

What's New?

Timesheet Tags

Timesheet tagging continues as before, helping you categorize the work recorded in your timesheets.

Project Tags

Projects now have their own set of tags.

Previously, projects used Internal and Privacy flags. These have now been replaced with Project Tags, giving us more flexibility to categorize projects based on different needs.

You can now:

• Assign tags to projects
• See assigned tags directly on the Project Dashboard
• Filter the Projects listing by tags

Tags in Reports

Project Tags are also available as filters in the Employee and Utilization reports under the Departments report module.

This makes it easier to analyze employee effort and utilization based on the projects they're working on.

What's Next?

We’re gradually bringing tagging to more modules, with each module having tags relevant to its own use case.

This gives us a more flexible way to organize work, filter information, and build better insights across Everest.
