Survey Module is now live in Everest

We’re excited to introduce the new Survey Module in Everest — built to streamline client feedback collection and management across projects and jobs.

What’s included?

Account Managers can now:

• Create surveys directly within Everest
• Share survey links with clients via email
• Submit surveys on behalf of clients when required
• Manage and track survey responses centrally

Why this matters

This new module helps us:

• Improve client feedback collection workflows
• Reduce manual coordination efforts
• Keep responses organized and centralized
• Increase transparency between teams and clients
• Enable better reporting and service insights
