Support Tickets Now Available in Everest

We’ve introduced a Support section in Everest where you can raise tickets for any kind of help or feedback related to the system.

What You Can Do:

  • Raise a ticket for any issue, bug, suggestion, or system-related request
  • Add details like title, description, and type (issue, improvement, etc.)
  • Track your requests under the My Tickets tab
  • View all tickets raised by others under the All Tickets tab
  • Click on any ticket to see its Status, type, priority, assigned team member, full conversation, resolution history, and due date

What’s Changing:

  • After some time, the Everest Discord channel will be made private
  • You will no longer be able to report issues there
  • From that point on, all support and feature requests must be raised via tickets
  • We will also assign due dates to each ticket so you have clarity on when it’s expected to be resolved

This change is to ensure smoother tracking, faster response, and proper prioritisation of all support-related activities.

Please start using the Support section from the sidebar for all future queries or suggestions.
