Project Analytics is Now Live in the new UI

We’ve rolled out Project Analytics to give you deeper visibility into time spent and progress across projects. You can now track burn, department-wise hours, and employee-level contributions — all from one place.

📊 What You Can Now See:

Project Burn (per Job)

• Visual bar chart showing:

• Allocated Hours (planned)

• Spent Hours (approved/logged)
• Consumed Hours (billable or finalized)
• Helps you understand how each job is progressing against estimates

Department-wise Hours Analysis

• Breakdown of hours spent vs. consumed by each department
• Useful for JCs/PCs to evaluate effort distribution across teams

Employee-wise Hours Analysis

• Drill down to see individual team member contributions
• Tracks hours spent vs. consumed by person
• Filter by department, job, and date range as needed

Work > Projects > [Your Project] > Analytics

This will help you make smarter decisions on job velocity, billing alignment, and team workload.
