Pre-Sales Process Update (Effective Immediately)

We’ve updated the pre-sales logging workflow for new pre-sales leads:

• Milestones are removed for new pre-sales leads
• One new job per pre-sales lead will now be created under the Sales Enablement Workflow
• Jobs will be created from Sahara by Sales
• The Job Coordinator (JC) assigned in Sahara will automatically be the JC in Everest
• JC is responsible for adding team members to the job who are working on the estimation, reviewing, and approving all logged hours by them.

⏳ Existing / older pre-sales activities will continue as-is, no changes required.

⚠️ If you are working on a new pre-sales lead and don’t see a job yet, please ask your Sales person to create it from Sahara before logging any hours.
