Performance KPIs are now live in Everest!

We’re rolling out a smarter and more connected KPI system in Everest — designed around organizational hierarchy, ownership, and team visibility.

To provide a cleaner and more focused experience, the new KPI dashboards are now available under:

Performance > Overview

Instead of placing everything on the homepage, all performance-related insights now live in a dedicated space built specifically for KPI tracking and visibility.

Depending on your role, you’ll now be able to track metrics such as:

  • Utilization
  • Logging Discipline
  • Business Generation
  • Client Retention
  • and more...

Hierarchy-based KPI Visibility

KPIs in Everest now follow the organizational hierarchy.

For example, if you are a Project Coordinator (PC):

  • You’ll see your own KPIs
  • You’ll also get visibility into the KPIs of:

This creates better team-level visibility and helps leadership track overall operational performance more effectively.

Coming Soon for Department Heads

We’ll soon be introducing department-level KPIs for Department Heads (DH), including:
