New KPI Introduced: Task Efficiency

We’ve introduced a new KPI on the Dashboard called Task Efficiency.

This KPI is calculated based on system-assigned tasks. Each task has a default resolution time of 24 hours. If a task is not completed within this timeframe, it will impact your Task Efficiency percentage.

Task Efficiency helps provide better visibility into timely action on system-generated tasks and overall operational responsiveness.

Please ensure system-assigned tasks are reviewed and completed on time to maintain a healthy efficiency score.
