New KPI Enhancements are now live in Everest
We’re continuing to expand the KPI ecosystem in Everest with new visibility layers, leadership insights, and client feedback-based performance tracking.
Department Head KPIs are now live
Department Heads (DH) can now access team-level performance insights directly from the KPI dashboard.
Newly added metrics include:
- Team Utilization
- Team Logging Discipline
- Team Approval Rate
- Team performance monitoring across reporting hierarchy
This gives Department Heads better visibility into overall team efficiency, discipline, and operational health.
Survey-based KPIs are now integrated
With the launch of the new Survey Module, Everest now includes client feedback-driven KPI tracking as well.
We now showcase average survey ratings across categories at:
- Project level
- Job level
- Client level
- Performance level
Who can access these insights?
The new survey KPI visibility will be available for:
- Job Coordinators (JC)
- Account Managers (AM)
This enables better understanding of:
- Client satisfaction trends
- Project/service quality perception
- Team performance from the client’s perspective
