Introducing Contract Dashboards in Everest

We’ve added Contract Dashboards to give you a quick, consolidated view of how a contract is performing from financial performance and revenue to delivery and billable status.

The dashboard adapts based on the contract type, so you see the metrics that matter for that particular engagement.

What’s Included?

1. Performance

Get a quick view of:

• Budget vs Achieved Margin
• Accrued Net Margin where applicable

This makes it easier to understand how the contract is performing against its expected margin.

2. Revenue

Track the financial picture of the contract, including:

• Billable
• Billed
• Remaining Budget
• Inventory
• Prepaid
• Backlog

For hourly and fixed engagements, billable and billed figures also show the associated hours.

3. Active Billable Status

For applicable contract types, you can also see:

• Billables Amount
• Billables Net Cost

Giving you visibility into active billables before they move further through the billing cycle.

4. Delivery

Keep an eye on delivery through:

• Spent vs Consumed hours
• Approved vs Logged hours

This helps connect the work being delivered with the hours recorded against it.

Built Around Contract Type

Not every contract works the same way, so the dashboard isn't one-size-fits-all.

For example, Bucket contracts also show Bucket Value and Bucket Size, while Recurring contracts include Billable and Billed Period information.
